I like to move it move it

 I am probably driving everyone that come in contact with me insane. Why, you ask? I've been REALLY getting into Zumba. More specifically Refit Rev. I love their positive vibes! They try to make moves that anyone can do--though I still can't jump because


TLDR: Glass, 51 Stitches, I am a clutz

Sooooo, I'm modifying the jumps out for something a little easier on my wound haha! Today, I thought I would list my favorite videos from youtube. I highly recommend:

1.High Hopes by Panic! 
High energy, super fun, makes me feel a little badass. Can't stop smiling 



2. Hunter, Galantis
Not only is Galantis one of my all time favorites, but this will kick your core's ass. Plus, I really get into it, the shoulder moves make me FEEL like a hunter haha!


3.Aftergold by Big Wild
Another one of my favorites, and can I just say swaaaaag. Don't think you have swag? Do this work out, you will!



4.Rain on Me, Gaga and Grande
I love me some Gaga all the time. This one is deceiving, you're like oh this one is pretty easygoing---then--WHAT IS HAPPENING OH GOD ITS SO FAST




5. Together, Sia

OooOOOhhh can't love me unless you love you toooooOOOooo. Such a good song. This one is all about cardio.



6. No Money, Galantis
I really appreciate the silliness of this one-- but also completely badass choreography.



7. The Greatest, Sia
Again, Sia is a goddess, talk about a song to pump you up! 



8. Never Give Up, Sia
Listen, Sia is my warrior spirit animal. The title says it all! 


9. Rather Be, Clean Bandit
This one took me a couple tries to get the kick thing right looool


10. Flashlight, Hailee Steinfeld
I usually end with this one. It's a little slower but it will have your arms screaming hahaha




So yeah, these are my favorite, the staples I do every day. I throw in a few others here and there--maybe I will make another list one day if there is interest.

As for my update, my body feels great. I can do things I definitely could not a month ago. I am impressing the Drs over at Beth Isreal so that feels AWESOME! I am still trying to control the beast (my short temper) which comes out particularly when I am trying to concentrate... Definitely better but not there yet... But I think everyone is being understanding, and they know I am a good person... Just dealing with losing 200 blood sugar points in a very short amount of time haha! I promise I am trying my hardest though friends!
